Terms and ConditionsWelcome to Patios To Go. We want your ordering experience to be a quick and cost effective one. Please read over our Terms and Conditions to be sure you understand how our system works.
Pricing PolicyPrices shown are for individual orders to one destination and are subject to change without notice. Prices do not include shipping and handling (see Shipping and Freight Policy below). The minimum order is $15.00. A charge of $3.50 will be applied to orders not meeting this amount. No exceptions.
Terms and Payment PolicyAll orders received will be shipped once payment has been made. We accept VISA, MasterCard and Discover credit cards American express, personal and corporate checks, and cashiers checks. Sorry, no CODs.
Worthless Check PolicyA $25.00 service charge will be charged on all returned checks, in accordance with Florida Statutes.
Shipping and Freight PolicyOur pipe is available in 5 and 10-foot lengths. All 5-foot length pipe orders will be shipped UPS Ground. Shipping and handling charges are in addition to the product ordered. There is a standard $10.00 bundle fee IN ADDITION this will be added to your to shipping and handling charges after you have placed your order. All 10-foot length pipe orders will be shipped common carrier collect. The freight company is your choice. If none is requested, Patios To Go. will choose the best way. A $75.00 pallet charge will apply to palletized pipe orders.
Shipping TimePatios To Go. requires 3 to 7 business days to process and ship orders of items that are in stock. If an item is out of stock we will hold your order for up to 7 additional business days. If the out of stock item is out of stock for more than 5 days we will ship the balance of your order at that time and complete the order when the back ordered item comes in. We will ship the back ordered items UPS ground at no additional expense to you.
Expedited OrdersIf you have an emergency and need an immediate shipment you can use our expedited processing and shipping service. We will guarantee same day processing and next day shipping with this service. These orders must ship UPS next day or 2nd day air and will be charged a 10% special handling fee plus UPS next day or second day shipping charges. This service is not available for online orders or for orders that are out of stock.

There is a 5% cancelled order fee for any cancellations, However once the item is ready to ship ie a tracking number has be generated we can not cancel your item and your order will ship. When ordering, you will need your name and company name, if applicable, your street address, your phone number, part numbers for all items (except for pipe orders, you will need the size of the pipe) quantities, and method of payment. Any incomplete orders or orders without part numbers may incur delays in processing. There is a $15.00 minimum order requirement.
Return PolicyYou must call or email Patios To Go for a return authorization. NO EXCEPTIONS. If Patios To Go shipped your order in error, you will be refunded the full purchase price when product is returned in new condition. This applies only on written or faxed orders. Shipping and handling charges are not refundable.Should you wish to return your order for any other reason please note we only EXCHANGE the items NO REFUND WILL BE GIVEN. ITEMS SHOULD BE RETURNED WITHIN 14 DAYS in new condition shipping and handling charges are not refundable and a 25% restocking fee will be deducted from your return You will be responsible for payment of shipping and handling on your exchanged
Any Patio Furniture purchased please note the manufacturer is responsible for any warranty given at the time of purchase and not Patios to Go and you should contact the manufacturer direct regarding and after sales advice.
