Shipping and Freight Policy Our pipe is available in 5 and 10-foot lengths. All 5-foot length pipe orders will be shipped UPS Ground. Shipping and handling charges are in addition to the product ordered. IN ADDITION to shipping Charges quoted at the time of ordering any items that included PIPE there will be an additional cost of $14.50 because of the length of the PIPE this will be manually adjusted before shipping on ALL Pipe and Jump kit orders You will receive an email informing you of the final shipping cost if any other cost needs to be added before your order ships. Please make sure your email is up to date and you check for and authorize your shipping cost as this could delay your order. This is a UPS charge and not a Patios to go charge. .All 10-foot length pipe orders will be shipped common carrier collect. The freight company is your choice. If none is requested, Patios To Go will choose the best way. A $95.00 pallet charge will apply to palletized pipe orders. Should your order arrive damaged or under the extremely slim chance part of the order is missing you need to inform us either by email or telephone within 24hrs of taking delivery.
Shipping Time Patios To Go requires 2 to 5 business days to process and ship orders of items that are in stock. If an item is out of stock we will hold your order for up to 5 additional business days. If the out of stock item is out of stock for more than 5 days we will ship the balance of your order at that time and complete the order when the back ordered item comes in. We will ship the back ordered items Via USPS at no additional expense to you. IF YOU WOULD LIKE ITEMS SHIPPED OUTSIDE OF THE USA PLEASE EMAIL YOUR ORDER WITH FULL SHIPPING ADDRESS AND I WILL BE GLAD TO GET BACK TO YOU WITH YOUR SHIPPING COSTS.
Expedited Orders If you have an emergency and need an immediate shipment you can use our expedited processing and shipping service. We will guarantee same day processing and next day shipping with this service. These orders must ship UPS next day or 2nd day air and will be charged a 10% special handling fee plus UPS next day or second day shipping charges. This service is not available for online orders or for orders that are out of stock.

When ordering, you will need your name and company name, if applicable, your street address, your phone number, part numbers for all items (except for pipe orders, you will need the size of the pipe) quantities, and method of payment. Any incomplete orders or orders without part numbers may incur delays in processing. There is a $15.00 minimum order requirement.
